Google Calendar
Connect this when the agent needs to check times or book meetings.

Open Google Cloud. Choose a project, or make a new one for this business.

Turn on the Google Calendar API for that project.

Set up the Google consent screen. Add the business name and support email.

Make an OAuth Client ID. Choose Web application as the app type.

Open MERCENAI Settings. Copy the Google Calendar redirect URI. Add that exact URI to the Google web application.

Paste the Google Client ID and Client Secret into MERCENAI. Save the keys, then click Authenticate with Google.
Twilio phone and texting
Connect this for real calls. Texting also needs a number that supports SMS.

Open the Twilio Console. Copy the Account SID and Auth Token from the account page.

Make sure this Twilio account has the phone numbers you want MERCENAI to use. Buy a number first if the list is empty.

If you use a Twilio Messaging Service for texts, copy its Messaging Service SID. This step is optional.

Open MERCENAI Settings. Under Twilio, paste the Account SID, Auth Token, and optional Messaging Service SID.

Click Save phone setup. MERCENAI will show the phone numbers it found and what each number can do.

Routing is selected automatically from each phone number’s country code. Asia-Pacific uses AU1 / Sydney, Europe uses IE1 / Dublin, and US1 needs no additional regional keys. Open Advanced regional routing and paste the credentials requested for your detected numbers.

Open Agents. Choose a ready phone number beside Booking buffer, then save the agent.
Sending texts?
Twilio may ask you to register a sender before customer texts can be delivered. The rule depends on the sender and country.
